With the amount of bra theft being reported on an increasingly regular basis, you could almost believe that bras have replaced jewelry, precious metal and even cold, hard cash as the No. 1 target for burglars and robbers. The number of stores that have recently had miscreants breaking in and stealing these treasured items of lingerie is so large that it’s beginning to look like there must be some kind of reason for the popularity of bras amongst the criminal fraternity. Have bras’ value on the stock market suddenly increased recently? Or perhaps there’s a newly robust black market compromised of people desperate for a high quality bra at ‘competitive’ prices?
